From scout via tour guide to professional trainer
It wasn’t a coincidence that led me to it, rather it was a conscious choice. I always wanted to do it, I started as a little boy in the scouts and was later able to turn my passion into my profession.
Life in the fresh air, on the road on an enduro motorcycle, discovering hidden trails, letting your imagination run wild when putting together new routes and sharing all this with friends (customers) as a tour guide and professional trainer.

Experience report from Salome
With no motorcycle experience and at the advanced age of 55, I wanted to realize my dream of riding an enduro. I found MOTOBIA on the Internet. A short time later, I made my first enduro attempts in Liguria. First of all, Tobia assured me that if a student does not learn and understand something, it is not because they are stupid or clumsy, but because the teacher is incapable of teaching the student. Moreover, fear is always positive. It shows us our limits and protects us from harm. Every morning we took the two enduro bikes in the van into the wild mountains of Liguria, where I was able to practise the basics away from the traffic. After the three days of basic training, Tobia convinced me to buy a small enduro bike.
Two months later, in January 2019, I completed my second training session with MOTOBIA – this time on my new Honda 125xr, the perfect beginner’s bike. This time, we rode the enduro bikes directly from the garage every morning through fantastic areas with wonderful panoramic views of the sea – alternating between onroad and offroad. Tobia was always explaining new technical details and exercises to me. Of course, MOTOBIA never misses out on the pleasure of Ligurian cuisine – both during and after the tour. I learned a lot in four days and already feel quite confident on my Enduro. Driving is really fun. I’ll keep at it – my big goal is a “Coast to Coast Tour”.

Kurz: tutto perfetto und auf jeden Fall wieder!Ich habe alle Rezessionen gelesen - mit einem breiten Grinsen im Gesicht und ohne Wiederworte reihe ich mich gerne in die lange Liste der Topp-Bewertungen ein!Mit 2 Kumpels hatte ich diese Woche eine Trainings-Tour gebucht.Auf allen Ebenen blieben keine Bedürfnisse auf der Strecke:- Fundiertes Wissen wurde mit viel Herzblut und Humor, theoretisch und praktisch vermittelt- gezielte Anpassungen an den eigenen Maschinen wurden gemacht- Trainingsabschnitte und Touren wurden ideal auf das Können und Wünsche abgestimmt- in immer wieder neuen Lokalen wurden wir kulinarisch bis zum Platzen verwöhnt- das Hotel war sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sehr gemütlich- usw.Danke Tobia - see you again
Die Guides sind seeehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war excelent. Die Touren wurden sehr gut auf das können der Teilnehmer abgestummen, und es wurde immer gefordert trozdem konnte man immer auch sagen wen es jemandem zu viel ist oder war dan wird eine alternative gefunden....Absolut Topp(Auch für erfahrenere Motocross/ Supermoto Fahrer sehr geeinigt)
Einfach PERFEKT!Die Trails in der Umgebung sind abwechslungsreich und fordernd oder einfach nur Fun, die Bikes alle gut in Schuss und der Support von Tobia und Roberto fundiert, unkompliziert und allumfassend. Wir konnten uns voll den Ausfahrten widmen und hatten sonst alles am silbernen Tablet serviert bekommen. Einige von uns waren auch schon bei anderen Anbietern und konnten ganz eindeutig sagen, dass es bei Motobia am besten abgelaufen ist. Ganz großes Lob von der MudpunkCrew aus Österreich! Wir waren schon auf vielen Touren aber die Tour mit Motobia gehört definitiv zum Besten was wir erlebt haben. Perfekt auf unser Können und Bedürfnisse abgestimmt, durften wir in einer kleinen Gruppe die Landschaft auf vielen Fahrten erleben. Die ersten Tage waren wir mit Tobia unterwegs, danach mit Damiano, beiden ganz vielen Dank für die Erlebnisse und die super Tage. Die beiden Guides wurden nie Müde und es lag an uns zu entscheiden, wie lange wir fahren wollten. Wir kommen sicher wieder und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

The Riviera of Flowers (Italian: Riviera dei Fiori) is the western part of Liguria and stretches from Ventimiglia on the French border to Cervo in the east of the province of Imperia. Apart from the narrow coastal strip, the barren, mountainous landscape of Liguria is dominated by wine and olive growing.
