Report of Salome’s experience
With no motorcycle experience and at the advanced age of 55, I wanted to realize my dream of riding an enduro. I found MOTOBIA on the Internet. Soon after, I made my first attempts at enduro riding in Liguria. First, Tobia assured me that if a student does not learn and understand something, it is not because he is stupid or unskilled, but because the teacher is unable to teach the student. Moreover, fear is always positive. It shows us our limitations and protects us from harm. Every morning we took the two enduro bikes in the van to the wild mountains of Liguria, where I could practice the fundamentals away from traffic. After the three days of basic training, Tobia convinced me to buy a small enduro bike.
Two months later, in January 2019, I completed my second training session with MOTOBIA, this time on my new Beta Xtrainer 300, the perfect bike for beginners. This time we rode the enduro bikes every morning straight from the garage through fantastic areas with beautiful panoramic views of the sea, alternating between road and off-road. Tobia was always explaining new technical details and exercises to me. Of course, MOTOBIA never neglects the pleasure of Ligurian cuisine, both during and after the tour. I have learned a lot in four days and I already feel quite confident on my Enduro. Riding it is really fun. I will keep doing it: my big goal is a Coast to Coast Tour.
